Apartments Bakica

are situated in Trogir center at about 300m from the old part of town, part that has been under protection of UNESCO since 1997.

Newly built and exclusive apartments "Bakica" are situated on the excellent location in a quiet area on island Čiovo,cca 200 meters far from the old down town and the nearest beach, with an extraordinary view to old town and surrounding villages. The apartments are located in two separated houses(the distance in between these houses is cca 20 meters).In between these two houses,the swimming pool with following dimensions(12x5 meters) with jaccuzy is being located.In the smaller house(yellow coloured)two A2+2 appartments were situated,one on the first and another on the second floor,with the possibility of renting the whole house as an particular unit.In the bigger house(light brown coloured),there are two apartments A2+2 and two R2 and one R3 room fully equipped and air-conditioned.On the first floor mentioned apartment A2+2 might be rented in the combination with R2 ,therefore as the one A4+2 appartment.On the thirth floor mentioned apartment A2+2 might be rented in the combination with R2 either R3 or in the combination with R2 and R3 as the one big and luxury A6+3 appartment(entire suit) .Please note that the proper parking place is available to all our guests,and fire place(BBQ) as well.The area around the swimming pool is very wide and spaceus ,mainly exposed to the sun and partially in the shadow of the trees,with the availability of chairs,sunbads and umbrellas..
